What if I don't live in these suburbs?
If you live outside of our delivery area, please shop online and select the "buy online/ pick up in store" option when you checkout. You can still buy direct from us, but you will need to come to the store at your preferred time to pick up your order.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery cost is $20 per order within the delivery area (LINK TO DELIVERY TIMES)
If your spend is over $100, delivery is free within the delivery area (LINK TO DELIVERY TIMES)
What times do you deliver?
- We deliver daily between 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday

Do I have to be home for the delivery?
No, you do not need to be present for the delivery. We are happy to leave the order at your home or business premises, however, if you request to be present for the delivery, we will not leave it unattended.
Is it safe to buy online?
Over 60% of Australians buy online, so it has become a very common experience in most households. When you buy online, you should ensure you deal with a supplier you can trust and who offers a secure payment platform.
The Meat Boutique uses a secure payment gateway which encrypts your credit card details. This protects your credit card details from fraud.
Please note, we will never ask you to supply your credit card details via an email. If you ever believe we are asking for your credit card details, please contact the store directly.
How do I keep my credit card details confidential online?
You should only buy from a merchant who can offer a PCI compliant payment gateway. This will encrypt your data and keep it secure. The Meat Boutique provides a PCI compliant payment gateway for all of your transactions.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us by phone or via the Contact Us form on the website.
How do I remove an item from the shopping cart?
To remove an item from the shopping cart, simply click on the X to the right side of the item listing.
How do I edit an item once I have added it to the shopping cart?
To edit an item in the shopping cart, click on the item listing in the cart. This will open the Product Description Section. Here you can add, edit and update your cart.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for home delivery or in-store pickup is $35.00.
How do I check or edit my order before proceeding to payment?
To check or edit your cart at any time, click on the Cart Checkout function at the top right of all pages, or above and below the shopping list function. You will also find and be able to edit your order in the sidebar of most pages.
I've forgotten my password and can't log in
Click on the [My Account] function at the top right of the page and select the [Forgot Your Password] link under the Login button. You will then be asked to enter your email address and the password will be emailed to you.
Alternatively, if you have filled a cart and can't remember your password at checkout, click the "I forgot my password' link under the Members Sign In button.

How do I change my delivery or billing address?
We believe that you should never pay more online than the price per kilogram that you would pay when shopping in store.
We also want to bring you only the best quality produce, for the best possible price.
Due to seasonal variation in fresh produce, the weight per item can vary. We do estimate very closely the price based on the average weight we expect for that item, but we can not know the final price until we weigh your order in store, prior to pick up or delivery.
So, occasionally, your order may cost a little more than the price estimate, and occasionally it will cost a little less. In those cases, we will either charge your card a small additional fee, or we will refund a small amount to your card.
In either case, it guarantees you will never pay more per kilogram than the quoted price per kilogram in store.
And that's the way it ought to be.
